- Target
- Kaiser Permanente (they do not have national locations, ignore them)
- For Eyes Optical
- Empire Vision Centers
- WalMart Vision Center
- Sears Optical (very limited availability)
- JCPenney Optical
- The following opticians may deal with safety glasses, but you must verify insurance acceptance, coverage, frame and lens material availability:
- LensCrafters
- Local independent optician shop
- Sams's Club
